Boise State University's "University Television Production" produces a number of shows including University Television Presents. This live series, posted below, is talk show that highlights the background, contributions and stories of university faculty and staff.

Director

Nijah was director of this episode of University Presents. This title essentially entailed  giving real time instruction to every position held in the control room (graphics operator, audio engineer, teleprompter operator) as well as those held on set (host, camera operators and floor director). Nijah decided when to bring in/out  graphics, mics/music and when to cut to one of the four cameras in use for this show. The job requires being quick on your feet seeing as how there is no editing in post production and all switches are made live.

Floor Director

Nijah was floor director of this episode of University Presents. This consisted of greeting the guest, briefing them on the sequence of events on set and operated as the line of communication between the control room and the floor (including speaking to the host, producers, sound engineers, graphic engineers and director while this live show was in take.)

Broadcast Work:

While Nijah has no part in casting or writing, she's able to showcase her ability to direct a live production while directing this show.
